• Bachelor99s degree in engineering or equivalent STEM and 5 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality
  

• Associate99s Degree with 9 years of professional work experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality
  

• High School Diploma with 13 years of progressive and relevant work experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality
  

• Proficiency with statistical, spreadsheet, and database software packages
  
• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Responsible for quality success on program teams in meeting contractual requirements and driving crucial quality related decisions for our customers.
  
• Lead Moog support of Customer & Government (DCMA) inspections, customer audits and requirements.
  
• Improve production by conducting QE studies, recommending design changes, and providing quality support to manufacturing personnel.
  
• Facilitate cross functional teams through problem solving activities. These activities will include failure analysis, root cause and corrective action analysis, risk mitigation, material review, customer & governmental interface, audit support configuration control, and traceability.
  
• Teach Quality personnel on the process of reviewing and preparing End Item Data packs to provide to customer during either source inspections or shipment of hardware.
  
• Develop Quality plans for receiving inspection, manufacturing operations, assembly & test processes, and final inspection.
  
• Work directly with customers and suppliers to identify root cause and corrective action.
  
• Improve cost for inspection and prevent cost due to failure through statistical analysis and problem solving.
