What You'll Be Doing- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web-based applications
- Build and execute automated test suites across UI, API, and database layers
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable feedback
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues, including flaky tests and environment inconsistencies
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Define and implement automation strategies based on risk, business impact, and system complexity
- Continuously improve testing frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage

What We Look For- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing approaches.
- Strong experience in QA automation for web applications with hands-on technical expertise
- Advanced proficiency with Selenium WebDriver or comparable browser automation tools
- Experience designing or improving automation frameworks with a focus on scalability and maintainability
- Solid understanding of API testing and database validation within an automation strategy
- Practical experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
