We're looking for a Sr. Project Specialist who will be the operations expert for the Creative team overseeing all day-to-day processes and resourcing. This expert will work alongside the Director of Creative Operations to help in conceptualizing, building, and implementing processes that safeguard project workflows, deadlines, creative bandwidth, and overall project delivery. The successful candidate will be a hyper organized, detail-oriented lover of organization with a proven track record of project management and a real appreciation for how the right process supports creative success.
The Opportunity:- Manage end to end process from concepting, production and channel deliverable roll out.
- Oversee the tactical asset briefing process from planning, vetting briefs, project set up and obtaining asset approvals.
- Act as a liaison between marketing and the creative team by gathering missing details from requestors as needed to ensure the creative teams have all the information required to deliver high-quality work.
- Identify areas for improvement within workflows and tools, while designing and implementing solutions to elevate efficiency and creativity
- Oversee and be the company expert in the set up and maintenance of our project management tool (Hive), team workflow documents Notion pages, Google Suite, creative library and Bynder
- Inspire and motivate the team to be accountable throughout creative process to drive projects to final delivery
- Run daily and weekly standups with creative and cross functional teams
Qualifications:- Minimum 5+ years of project & production management experience in marketing or communication
- Strong understanding of creative processes including design, writing and video production
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong work ethic. Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively source information, obtain approvals, build relationships, and provide sufficient influence to achieve success.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point and have a willingness to take on new programs and systems as needed.
- Operational experience with project management tools for managing tasks, timelines and resources
Salary:- Annual salary starting at $85,000
