Your ability to identify issues early, document clearly, and collaborate across teams helps keep projects on track and protects the integrity of ATC's infrastructure.
What You'll Do- Own material receipting and inspections across assigned project sites
- Conduct QA/QC field inspections to verify condition, quantity, and specifications
- Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances
- Perform field observations comparing contractor plans to field conditions
- Partner with contractors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor material delays and risks
- Complete field documentation and reports
- Promote a strong safety culture
- Travel to project sites and work outdoors

What You Bring- Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience (e.g. IBEW Journeyman)
- 5+ years of relevant construction experience
- Experience working with contractors and field crews
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel

The targeted base pay for this position is $103,400 to $120,600 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
