Logistics Insight is hiring a Project Manager to lead robotics and automation initiatives across our warehouse and distribution operations.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be working directly with real systems and real teams, driving projects from concept through launch and making sure what gets built actually works on the floor.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end automation projects
- Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables
- Coordinate with ops, engineering, vendors
- Oversee installation and system go-live
- Support commissioning and startups
- Identify risks and drive solutions
- Partner with operations on performance
- Drive post-launch improvements
What You Bring- 3+ years project management experience
- Background in robotics or automation
- Material handling systems exposure
- Strong project execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working on the floor
- Strong communication across teams
