Sr. Project Manager- Structural

Lake Oswego, OR. US

Salary Range: $138,000k - $182,000k/yr (USD) Annually

We are currently seeking to add a Sr. Project Manager to our growing Structural team.

This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization's strategic goals, requiring initiative, competitive drive, and a strong focus on outcomes-even during times of change. The role demands innovation, timely decisions, practical solutions, and a sense of urgency while managing a variety of activities. Success depends on confidence to drive results, solve problems, inspire commitment, and communicate with poise. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
  • Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.
  • Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
  • Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
  • Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
  • Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering
  • Masters in Structural a plus
  • Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Concrete Design
  • Steel Design
