Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Locations: United States - Remote or Hybrid

How You Will Make an Impact
  • The Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery of intended business, client, operational, or technology outcomes. This role establishes the structure and processes needed to coordinate project activities and deliver the right solution at the right time, within defined scope, budget, resource, and operational constraints.
  • The Senior Project Manager translates strategy, business objectives, customer needs, and performance improvement opportunities into executable project plans. The role applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to manage deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • This is a senior-level professional role requiring a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, self-direction, and accountability. The Senior Project Manager evaluates wide-ranging and complex delivery challenges, develops practical and creative solutions, and identifies opportunities to improve project delivery practices, governance, and operational processes.
  • Establishes and manages project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, and governance within defined organizational and operational constraints.
  • Translates strategy, business objectives, customer needs, and performance improvement opportunities into structured, executable project plans.
  • Coordinates project teams and stakeholders, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and drives accountability for commitments, decisions, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Proactively identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and priority conflicts.
  • Monitors project performance, evaluates variances, and takes appropriate corrective action to maintain alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Provides clear and timely project reporting to stakeholders and senior leaders, including project health, accomplishments, risks, decisions, dependencies, and recommended actions.
  • Facilitates stakeholder alignment and escalates decisions or obstacles when appropriate to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed business, customer, and stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Exercises a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, and self-direction when evaluating wide-ranging and complex delivery challenges and developing practical, creative solutions.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to project delivery practices, governance, procedures, and operational processes.


Required Experience
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

New York: The expected base salary for the position is between 145,000 USD to 160,000 USD. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between 145,000 USD to 160,000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company's discretion.
