Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management
• Expert knowledge of systems design (HVAC, plumbing) and engineering aspects
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven track record in managing multiple large, complex projects
• Strong public speaking and proposal presentation abilities
• Proficient in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular project updates
• Collaborate with management to strategize and implement project plans
• Manage project budgets, including cost and revenue tracking and change orders
• Attend project meetings to address schedules and issues with internal teams
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on scope and schedule
• Delegate tasks and mentor project team members providing feedback and coaching
