Job Overview
This role manages end-to-end program delivery for a high-visibility, retail transformation initiatives requiring coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams and diverse cross-functional stakeholders. It oversees complex, interdependent project milestones and multi-phase roadmaps, ensuring all workstreams align to the broader program timeline. Success is measured by proactive risk management, ensuring key dependencies are met, cross-workstream coordination, and the ability to synthesize complex program status into clear, executive-level communications. The role operates at both the strategic and tactical level - maintaining the 10,000-foot view while driving day-to-day execution across stakeholder groups.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver executive steering updates, program briefings, and status reports that synthesize cross-workstream progress into clear, decision-ready communications for senior leadership
- Use communication strategies to maintain project health, transparency to risks, and foster respect and trust within project teams
- Identify potential risks across projects and implement mitigation plans to address them proactively
- Communicate risks and solution options clearly to senior leadership in both planned and ad hoc scenarios
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams by monitoring interdependencies, facilitating alignment sessions, and escalating risks or timeline conflicts to keep the broader program roadmap on track
- Manage change and scope adjustments by setting expectations and aligning deliverables with business goals
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Formal project management work experience. (Required)
- 3+ years Experience managing programs or initiatives with multiple concurrent, interdependent workstreams - not single-project management
- 2+ years Experience supporting or directly interfacing with VP, SVP, or C-suite level stakeholders, including preparation of executive-level presentations and steering materials
- Prior experience on large-scale enterprise transformation, integration, or implementation programs spanning multiple business functions
- Experience functioning as a program-level coordinator responsible for cross-functional alignment rather than workstream ownership

Base Pay Range: $83,100 - $149,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
