Role Summary:
The
Sr. Project Manager is responsible for designing and developing modern, high-impact learning experiences that support workforce capability and business transformation. This role sits within the FSS Learning & Development (L&D) team as part of Business Enablement in Financial Services and Solutions, a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building the skills, tools, and capabilities that drive performance across the organization.
As part of this team, you'll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, scalable learning solutions that make a measurable impact.
This position focuses on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled design and digital learning, helping shape not just what learning looks like today, but where it's going next.
1. Instructional Design & Development
- Design engaging, performance-focused learning solutions across multiple modalities.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective, learner-centered experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into actionable learning.
- Evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
2. Performance Consulting & Business Alignment
- Diagnose performance gaps and business needs with stakeholders.
- Recommend solutions that improve performance and results.
- Align development strategies to business priorities and transformation objectives.
3. Transformation & Change Enablement
- Enable business transformation through learning and adoption strategies.
- Build scalable capabilities that support evolving ways of working.
- Strengthen change readiness and future-focused workforce skills.
- Align capability development with enterprise priorities.
4. Learning Architecture & Scalability
- Define success metrics and use data to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Communicate learning value through meaningful insights and outcomes.
- Design scalable learning frameworks, standards, and architectures that drive consistency and efficiency
5. AI-Driven Learning Innovation & Improvement
- Design scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences.
- Leverage AI to accelerate content development and delivery.
- Use feedback, data, and trends to continuously improve learning impact.
- Pilot innovative approaches and advance AI best practices across learning.

- Collaborate and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including BU Finance Leaders, Compliance, Procurement, Legal and Finance teams

- Drive operational maturity by identifying automation and self-service capabilities with a focus on enterprise-oriented solutions
- Work well in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that work is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):Education/Training
- Degree, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or other similar methodologies is a plus
Business Experience
- Proven experience (at least 3 years) in specific roles/experiences needed
- Experience implementing and managing a learning management system (LMS)
- Experience applying instructional design methodologies and working with authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros, or similar
- Experience leveraging AI tools in content development, instructional design, or learning technology with a working knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
- Experience managing or working on small matrixed teams and experience leading projects across functional boundaries
- Resourceful, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset

- Ability to think through, organize, and lead multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Ability to facilitate and communicate effectively in a hybrid environment.
