Role Summary:

The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for designing and developing modern, high-impact learning experiences that support workforce capability and business transformation. This role sits within the FSS Learning & Development (L&D) team as part of Business Enablement in Financial Services and Solutions, a highly collaborative, forward-thinking team focused on building the skills, tools, and capabilities that drive performance across the organization.

As part of this team, you'll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, scalable learning solutions that make a measurable impact.

This position focuses on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled design and digital learning, helping shape not just what learning looks like today, but where it's going next.

1. Instructional Design & Development
  • Design engaging, performance-focused learning solutions across multiple modalities.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective, learner-centered experiences.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into actionable learning.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging tools and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.

2. Performance Consulting & Business Alignment
  • Diagnose performance gaps and business needs with stakeholders.
  • Recommend solutions that improve performance and results.
  • Align development strategies to business priorities and transformation objectives.

3. Transformation & Change Enablement
  • Enable business transformation through learning and adoption strategies.
  • Build scalable capabilities that support evolving ways of working.
  • Strengthen change readiness and future-focused workforce skills.
  • Align capability development with enterprise priorities.

4. Learning Architecture & Scalability
  • Define success metrics and use data to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.

5. AI-Driven Learning Innovation & Improvement
  • Design scalable, AI-enabled learning experiences.

  • Pilot innovative approaches and advance AI best practices across learning.

Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

Education/Training
  • Degree, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks and/or other similar methodologies is a plus


Business Experience
  • Proven experience (at least 3 years) in specific roles/experiences needed
  • Experience implementing and managing a learning management system (LMS)
  • Experience applying instructional design methodologies and working with authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros, or similar
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in content development, instructional design, or learning technology with a working knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and emerging agentic AI capabilities.
  • Experience managing or working on small matrixed teams and experience leading projects across functional boundaries
  • Resourceful, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset
