Senior Project Manager - Retail Financial Renovations & Infrastructure
Position Overview

Senior Project Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of retail financial sector projects including renovations (both minor and major), new builds, and facility infrastructure upgrades.
Essential Requirements
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • LEED AP certification advantageous
Experience
  • 7-10 years project management experience in commercial construction
  • 5+ years specific experience in financial services/retail banking projects
  • Proven track record managing projects $1M-$25M+ in value
  • Experience with branch renovations, bank build-outs, and financial facility infrastructure such as security systems, IT rooms, ATMs, vaults, etc.
  • Experience with building systems such as HVAC and Building monitoring, Fire Protection and monitoring, etc.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (ADA, National Codes, FED regulations on banking institutions)
  • Experience with local authorities having jurisdiction including zoning authorities
Technical Competencies
Project Management
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
  • Budget management and cost control expertise
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Change order management and scope control
  • Quality assurance and safety management protocols
Financial Services Sector Knowledge
  • Understanding of banking operational workflows

This role requires a seasoned professional who can navigate the unique challenges of financial services construction while delivering exceptional results for institutional clients.

Expected compensation for this position:

128,590.00 - 201,740.00 USD per year

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
