Job Description

The Project Manager - Is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing organizational capacity, efficiency, and output. This role oversees cross-functional project teams to ensure that expansion efforts-such as facility upgrades, production scaling, and process optimization-are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

The Project Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders across operations, engineering, finance, supply chain, human resources, and senior leadership to define project objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage risks. They are accountable for coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

In addition, this role is strategically positioned to evolve into a key contributor within Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), ensuring that facility design, construction, and operational readiness align with long-term safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability objectives.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in large-scale capital projects or operational expansion initiatives and demonstrates a track record of delivering measurable business impact.

Preferred
  • Experience with capital equipment and facility expansion projects
  • PMP (or equivalent)
