The Opportunity:

Sr PM - Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of branded visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce.

What Your Impact Will Be:
  • Manage the end-to-end asset creation process for a specific Mattel brand, including managing timelines, deliverables, and workflows in Adobe Workfront.
  • Lead the execution of basic eComm photography, including pre-production planning, shoot coordination, and post-production delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across Creative, Marketing, Packaging and Production teams, ensuring alignment of business priorities and creative strategy.
  • Organize and lead weekly staff meetings to communicate schedule changes, upcoming deliverables and any resourcing issues that need escalation.
  • Drive end-to-end omnichannel asset production by managing vendor relationships, product procurement, eComm photography workflows, and ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timeline


Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years' experience in project management for creative assets
  • Proven ability to develop project templates and detailed schedules using project management platforms - Workfront preferred, but experience with Asana, Wrike, or Monday is also valued.
  • Highly organized and process driven, with strong leadership, communication and business acumen; capable of creating, optimizing, and adhering to workflows and procedures.
  • Experience in photo production, including eComm photography, with an understanding of shoot logistics, product prep, and asset delivery.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and strong client service skills, with the ability to lead high-level meetings, present with clarity, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in DAM systems (Tenovos a plus), Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office programs.

This role is onsite

*The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience.
