Position Summary:Drives delivery of complex, cross-functional technology and business initiatives, aligning teams and partners to execute high-impact solutions from strategy through implementation and measurable outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects (scope, schedule, budget, resources)
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and critical paths
- Monitor execution; proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Apply strong critical thinking to assess trade-offs, solve problems, and drive decisions
- Partner with business stakeholders to define business cases, quantify ROI, and align initiatives to strategic objectives
- Align cross-functional teams and third-party partners to deliver against objectives
- Provide clear, concise executive reporting, status updates, and presentations
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and governance
- Adjust plans and resources to meet evolving business priorities
- Escalate risks, quality concerns, and timeline impacts as needed
- Support Program Managers in strategic planning and prioritization
- Mentor junior project managers and support multi-phase initiatives
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Up to 10% travel
