You will lead highly visible, cross functional programs across HR, HRIS, IT, and workflow platforms, ensuring alignment, decision making, and measurable adoption. At Genesys, you will be part of a global team focused on improving how employees engage with HR services through thoughtful design, modern platforms, and data driven execution. This role offers strong visibility with senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence enterprise level transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end program structure, governance model, and operating cadence to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution across HR transformation initiatives
  • Drive integrated program planning across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions are actively managed to deliver business outcomes
  • Lead cross functional alignment by partnering with HR, HRIS, IT, ServiceNow, and workflow teams to ensure coordinated execution and adoption
  • Embed change management strategies into program execution to improve stakeholder engagement, readiness, training effectiveness, and sustained adoption
  • Establish and track success metrics, including adoption rates, operational performance, and business impact, to demonstrate program value
  • Enable informed decision making by facilitating governance forums, managing escalation paths, and ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and risks
  • Drive accountability across workstreams by tracking commitments, ownership, timelines, and follow through on key actions and decisions
  • Deliver executive level communications that synthesize complex program data into clear insights, risks, and recommendations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and adoption barriers that could impact delivery timelines or business outcomes
  • Advance program management practices by standardizing tools, improving reporting frameworks, and applying lessons learned to increase efficiency and scalability

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, operations, program management, organizational transformation, or a related field
  • 5 to 8 years of experience leading complex, cross functional programs in a global technology, SaaS, enterprise, HR, or shared services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic priorities into structured program plans, governance models, and execution frameworks
  • Strong experience integrating change management practices, including communications, readiness planning, training coordination, and adoption measurement
  • Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate decision making without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences
  • Experience using program management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting HR transformation, employee experience, shared services, or enterprise business transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity working with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or knowledge management systems
  • Demonstrated success establishing governance frameworks, reporting models, and executive visibility structures
  • Background in operational excellence, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, or change management
  • Experience defining and tracking business outcomes, KPIs, and adoption metrics in partnership with senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or workflow technologies that improve program delivery and operational efficiency
  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification or experience
