Full Job Description
Everforth ECS is currently seeking a talented Program Manager to join our team. This role will provide leadership for engineering and configuration support to create a healthy security posture for our delivered Managed Service supporting the US Army.
• Work closely with the Program Director supporting daily activities and weekly Program meetings with Government customers.
• Provide operational support to the Program Director relating to procurement, staffing, recruiting and ongoing program initiatives
• Review completed work of other contractor personnel for accuracy of data and information, procedure and guidance compliance, and error-free documentation prior to submission to Government
• Provides higher-level view of activities occurring within the enterprise and the impacts on information sharing initiatives.
• Performs risk management, including identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks, and communicating and escalating risks and issues
• Provide program status reports and briefings to internal management, senior leadership and government oversight officials
• Possess the ability to assist in the successful execution of a large support contract with multiple task orders and operate in a fluid, high operational tempo environment. Must demonstrate flexibility and ability to change directions when required
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction; develop long-lasting client relationships
• Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our clients
• Responsible for assisting with the management of Contractor performance of all work required and functions set forth in Statement of Work (SOW).
• Assist managing high volumes of work for particular organizations. Perform all management and coordinating functions as assigned; will be required to attend numerous periodic and ad hoc meetings with the customer and other program managers on Managed Service Team.
• This is a "hands-on" position that requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking. It requires an individual with a service oriented mentality that can focus and take ownership of assignments/issues, and manage/resolve those issues.
• Work well in a team oriented environment, and be able to self-manage their tasks to ensure success.
• Communicate up and down within the organization; prepare detailed descriptions of issues, status updates, recommendations, and reports. Applicants must be organized with an eye for detail.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000

General Description of Benefits
• Minimum Top Secret clearance is required with SCI eligibility and IAT Level II certification.
• Must be US Citizen
• 8570 IAT Level II Certification, must meet requirements of DoD Directives 8570.01M
• 8+ yrs. experience working in a DOD environment (Contractor/Civilian/Military), preferably Army.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation)
• Track record of successfully managing multiple projects of varying scope, size, and complexity
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing requirements
• Demonstrated experience providing technical/subject matter expertise; and in planning, organizing, executing, and controlling project tasks resulting in successful delivery of professional services
• Must be proficient with desktop programs such as Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Visio
• Must possess a high attention to detail
• Good oral and written communications skills.
