Global Defense Program Manager The Opportunity: Leverage your knowledge of the Marine Corps mission and organization to shape, capture, manage, and oversee the delivery of services and solutions to help solve the Marine Corps' most complex and pressing challenges. Apply your insights and understanding of the Marine Corps' strategic direction to contribute to business strategies and plans. Form and lead high-performing teams of vast capabilities, oversee program or project performance, and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to deliver with excellence. Work alongside thought leaders in advising, analytics and digital solutions to improve Marine Corps readiness and force generation. Engage strategically with senior government and industry leaders to influence program or project directions and develop and implement strategies to achieve desired outcomes. Integrate mission, analytical, and technical capabilities and apply innovation to design and manage the execution of program or project plans and controls to achieve end-state vision, goals, and objectives. You Have: • 15+ years of experience with the Marine Corps • Experience developing and executing complex strategies and plans to achieve a desired outcome or vision • Knowledge of Marine Corps force design, combat development, force generation, and force employment processes • Ability to demonstrate leadership in forming, developing, and employing teams with vast backgrounds and capabilities to achieve common goals, and lead teams of varying size and multiple concurrent programs or projects of varying complexities, and meet or exceed standards • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-tempo, dynamic environment, and adjust rapidly to changing direction or requirements • Ability to balance long-term and short-term priorities and competing requirements while meeting objectives • Ability to interface and communicate effectively with senior government officials, and develop persuasive and compelling positions and deliver them in written or oral formats to executive and senior-level audiences • Ability to shape and influence the strategic direction of programs and initiatives • TS/SCI clearance • Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: • Experience in leadership positions as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, or senior-level DoD government official in support of Headquarters Marine Corps or Marine Corps operationally focused commands • Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
