In this role, you will: - Lead end-to-end integration of acquired companies into SAP ECC.
- Manage the roadmap and execution for SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Assess and redesign business processes, including Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock operations.
- Oversee data cleansing, migration, governance, and system cutover activities.
- Drive standardization and streamline processes using SAP best practices.
- Identify and retire legacy customizations replaced by SAP S/4HANA functionality.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, training, and organizational change initiatives, including SAP Fiori adoption.
- Manage cross-functional teams, business leaders, and implementation partners.
Who You Are: - 10+ years of SAP Program Management experience.
- Deep experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
- Proven success leading ERP integrations following acquisitions.
- Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, and business process transformation.
- Experience with data migration, master data governance, and change management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PgMP, or SAP certifications preferred.
