Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a Sr. Program Manager to support our Department of Homeland Security, CISA contract in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Program Manager shall provide support to the development and conduct of multiple supporting tabletop exercises, and will provide HSEEP program support for the NCEP branch and its stakeholder's participation in the tabletop exercises. Exercise support includes, but is not limited to, the planning and conduct of all major planning meetings, exercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after-action reports (AARs).

The Sr. PM will be responsible for the following activities:
• planning and conduct of all major planning meetings
• Exercise scenario development, creation of facilitator and participant materials, and after action reports (AARs).
• Provide HSEEP and cybersecurity Subject Matter Expertise (SME) at all directed meetings.

Exercise Management and Facilitation, including:
• Staffing of primary exercise positions
• Staffing of player/controller positions
• Exercise facilitation
• Facilitator training (as required)
• Leasing of any required exercise support equipment
• Leasing of any required exercise support facilities
• Tools used for game play
Manage the development and coordination of all relevant exercise documentation. Exercise documentation includes, but is not limited to:
• Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
• Exercise meeting presentation and notes
• Develop Exercise artifacts
• Exercise player evaluation forms
• Situation Manual (SITMAN)/ Bi-Fold
• Administrative documents (invitation letters, sign-in sheets, etc.)
• Policies relevant to successful exercise execution
• Exercise Control (EXCON) design/diagrams/schematics
• Digital, multi-media, and simulation technologies (Videos, websites, digital images etc.)
• Exercise After-Action Reports (AARs)

Qualifications

  • at least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience acting as a senior program manager on a diverse cybersecurity program. Specifically, the candidate will have management experience on cyber-exercise management programs.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
  • Current DHS Suitability Clearance
  • Scenario and Exercise Management Support in DHS
