Job Description

As the Program Management Senior Director for Customer Programs here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the entire Customer portfolio of programs, which include Cockpit Avionics, Flight Management Systems, Traffic and Surveillance systems, Heads-up Displays, and other future technology development. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for the program. You will report directly to our Program Management Vice President and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of the certification, production readiness, and entry into service activities for multiple avionics products, both in terms of hardware and software. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall portfolio of programs are executed efficiently, meeting all objectives and deliverables on time, on schedule, and on cost. You will collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders to drive program success and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible as the lead delegate for the Program Management Vice President in various forums and activities as required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
