This role partners with technical development teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage delivery workflows, and drive operational excellence.

  • Support dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools while aligning KPI definitions across Revenue Intelligence, go-to-market intake processes, and transformation initiatives. Analyze performance trends, recommend improvement actions, and drive accountability to ensure clarity, progress, and measurable results.
  • Develop and support internal communications for Revenue Intelligence initiatives and releases, GTM launches and updates, and service offering or lifecycle changes. Create executive-ready status updates, summaries, announcements, release notes, enablement materials, stakeholder communications, newsletters, and internal briefings.
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, strategically aligned, and tailored to leadership, sales, and delivery audiences. Partner with stakeholders to improve transparency, awareness, adoption, and change reinforcement for new tools, processes, and capabilities.
