Purpose of RoleThe Sr. Professional, Store Development Operations supports the Americas Store Construction team through project coordination, special-project tracking, and end-to-end fixture management. This role maintains project information, schedules, budgets, action logs, and documentation while coordinating deliverables across internal partners, consultants, contractors, fixture suppliers, and warehouse providers. The role is also responsible for coordinating fixture takeoffs, ordering, delivery, reconciliation, inventory, and asset tracking across new stores, renovations, and portfolio initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail construction coordination, fixture operations, logistics, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Your Impact• Coordinate the construction-document process through external consultants and track required reviews, approvals, and deliverables with internal partners.
• Maintain organized project and fixture documentation in SharePoint and other designated platforms to support document retention, accessibility, and collaboration.
• Maintain project schedules, budget information, action logs, and risk trackers; proactively escalate schedule, cost, procurement, and delivery risks to the appropriate project lead.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, drawing records, meeting notes, decisions, approvals, and portfolio data in designated systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting accuracy, fixture utilization, cost control, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare regular status reports and presentation materials for construction leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate fixture takeoffs with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and project leads to validate quantities before ordering.
• Maintain accurate fixture inventory and asset records across suppliers, warehouses, active projects, and existing stores, including fixture type, generation, quantity, condition, location, and intended use.
• Coordinate fixture production, shipping, delivery, installation requirements, and transfers with project managers, consultants, general contractors, suppliers, warehouses, and store teams.
• Support punch-list coordination and track outstanding items through resolution.
• Coordinate the set up new sites in Service Channel prior to store openings.
• Coordinate the collection and transfer of new-store asset, warranty, and closeout information for facilities including test and balance reports, operating manuals, certificates of occupancy, lighting and HVAC specifications, finishes, fixture generation, square footage, and project type.
• Support warranty-period coordination and turnover follow-up for completed store projects.
• Support the Construction & Facilities teams with additional store development, construction coordination, and special-project duties as assigned.
• Support Facilities team with regional support including weekend, on call coverage, two weekends per month.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail construction coordination, store development, fixture management, procurement, logistics, or project administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, fixture plans, schedules, and specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing software is preferred.
• Experience maintaining project schedules, budgets, action logs, purchase orders, inventory records, or comparable operational trackers.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong time management, prioritization, organization, written communication, and escalation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• General understanding of retail construction processes, fixture procurement, logistics, and store-opening requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, consultants, general contractors, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong team player with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

RelocationBase Compensation$75,000.00-$100,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
