Join us as a Sr Professional, Human Resources (HRBP) where you will be a strategic partner and consultant to the Global Technology and Engineering organization. You will support the execution of people strategy, organizational design, and transformation initiatives that enable a high-performing, scalable, and future-ready workforce.

You will partner with technology and engineering and product leadership, playing a critical role in advancing an AI-native workforce, helping embed AI into how teams work, build, and deliver value. You will leverage data-driven insights to anticipate workforce needs, improve performance and retention, and enhance the overall employee experience across a globally distributed organization.

Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team providing strategic HR guidance aligned to technology and engineering priorities
  • Partner with leaders to understand current and future goals, identifying workforce implications and opportunities
  • Lead the execution of HR strategies across transformation, talent management, culture, and engagement
  • Balance enterprise, functional, geographic, and business priorities in deploying HR programs
AI-Native Workforce Transformation
  • Support leaders in building an AI-native mindset across engineering teams
  • Enable upskilling and reskilling efforts focused on AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Reinforce a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and experimentation
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
  • Drive and support talent planning processes, including workforce planning, performance management, and talent reviews
  • Use data to track and report on staffing, retention, attrition, and engagement; provide actionable recommendations
  • Identify talent risks and partner on succession planning and leadership development priorities
  • Align talent strategies with engineering maturity and delivery goals
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, structure, and team effectiveness
  • Provide guidance on spans/layers, team composition, and scaling strategies
  • Support global consistency across teams while adapting for regional differences
  • Contribute organization-specific insights to enterprise-wide programs and initiatives
Change Management & Communications
  • Lead and support change initiatives, including organizational transformation and AI adoption
  • Develop clear, compelling communications to drive alignment and engagement
  • Proactively help leaders "look around corners" using data-driven insights to anticipate impact and guide decisions
Projects & Cross-Functional Work
  • Lead or contribute to special and cross-functional HR and business initiatives
  • Enable a skills-based workforce by aligning talent to critical capabilities, driving skill gap analysis, and informing hiring, development, and mobility through data-driven insights
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and team effectiveness


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or equivalent roles, preferably supporting Technology or Engineering organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence mid- to senior-level leaders
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data (e.g., attrition, retention, engagement) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with exposure to transformation or change initiatives
  • Working knowledge of compensation programs and ability to advise leaders on pay practices and decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise messaging to leaders and employees
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities across business, functional, and geographic needs
  • Collaborative mindset with experience partnering across HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders
  • Exposure to or interest in emerging workforce trends, including AI-enabled ways of working and evolving talent models
