Role Scope- Own production at the Phoenix factory: output, quality, cost, and safety across all shifts.
- Lead the supervisors and build the production team from ramp crew to full workforce.
- Run the daily management system: tiered meetings, escalations, and countermeasures that close.
- Hit the ramp: units per week climbing on plan while first-pass yield climbs with it.

- You've run production in heavy manufacturing: fabrication, assembly, or industrial products.
- You've built and led teams through a ramp or launch.
- Your daily management system is real: boards current, actions closed.
- You hold safety and output together and have proof of both.
- You develop supervisors who develop operators.
- Bonus: Startup or greenfield plants. Weld and steel operations. Lean depth. Bilingual English and Spanish.
