As a Senior Product Owner on the Echo Global Logistics Product team, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements and designing technology solutions on Echo's proprietary software platforms. As a Senior Product Owner on the Echo Global Logistics Product team, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements and designing technology solutions on Echo's proprietary software platforms. Responsibilities- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product, UX, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions in an Agile environment.
- Partner with Product Managers to define requirements, scope initiatives, and support roadmap execution.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Facilitate discussions with executives, SMEs, and end users to identify business needs and drive solution design.
- Serve as a key member of Agile delivery teams, participating in Scrum ceremonies, product releases, and UAT.
- Support production issue resolution and partner with application support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members on product ownership, Agile practices, and software delivery methodologies.
- Lead analytical studies, process improvements, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Backoffice experience is highly preferred. Exposure to working with Finance/ Accounting.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and the full software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, and product backlogs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.

Compensation$97,864.00-142,293.00 per year
This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
