THE DAY-TO-DAY
  • Maintain and update Viant's approved core pitch platforms, including the Viant Narrative, Agency Pitch (Hold Co and Indy), and Vertical Pitches, in partnership with senior Product Marketing leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure core narratives reflect current product capabilities, proof points, market priorities, customer needs, and approved positioning and roadmap.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Sales, prioritizing new business pitch, messaging, and collateral needs based on business impact and identifying recurring requests that can be solved through scalable content.
  • Coordinate cross-product solution modules organized around customer problems, desired outcomes, and relevant Viant capabilities, partnering with Pod PMMs for accuracy and differentiation.
  • Own the commercial content system and Highspot governance, including organization, tagging, publishing, usage analytics, and archiving, to improve seller productivity and content adoption.
  • Conduct customer interviews and synthesize Gong and field insights to identify recurring problems, objections, buying criteria, and messaging opportunities.
  • Share customer insights and content recommendations with Pod PMMs, Product, Sales leadership, and Design to continuously improve sales-facing materials.
GREAT TO HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Solutions Marketing, Content Strategy, or a related sales-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech, including programmatic advertising, DSPs, CTV, measurement, identity solutions, and the broader advertising ecosystem.
  • Proven experience developing sales narratives, pitch decks, battlecards, solution stories, and other sales-facing content for B2B organizations.
  • Experience managing sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, including content governance, organization, publishing, searchability, and adoption.
  • Ability to translate customer and field insights from sources such as Gong, customer interviews, and sales feedback into compelling positioning, messaging, and scalable enablement.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex, cross-product capabilities into clear, differentiated sales narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Design, and executive stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
