Full Job Description
This role is critical for managing complex technical products that align with business objectives and customer needs within the organization. It involves owning the product lifecycle end to end, including vision, roadmap, technical delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires integrating customer insights, market analysis, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features and improvements. Success is measured by delivering products that meet business goals, customer satisfaction, and technical performance metrics. The work impacts the organization by driving product innovation, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences through effective product management.
You'll be joining the Central Product Management team within T-Mobile's Data & Intelligence organization, the enterprise Data Center of Excellence serving product and platform needs across the organization. We specialize in data domain and data platform product management, working across a complex portfolio that spans data infrastructure, semantic layer development, and AI-enabled decision intelligence for both human and machine consumers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages development of adoption tools and training materials.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude or similar products to accelerate operational aspects of the Product role
  • Identify execution, operational, organizational issues that impede product success. Drive improvement plan to change or resolve issues (within sphere of influence).
  • Support and enable core agile practices and tenants: efficient just-in-time flow; lean practices; elimination of waste; DevOps CICD;
  • Relationship & People, Professional Development
  • Collaborates and develops positive working relationships with many teams, including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, finance, Dev, Architecture, Engineering.
  • Works with outside partners and other third parties.
  • Develops positive working relationships with Customer groups or Customer Representatives.
  • Maintains professional knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviews professional publications; establishes personal networks; participates in professional societies.
  • Develops adoption tools and training material for Technical Product Management team.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy and roadmap development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, architecture, and stakeholders to drive technical delivery and product releases
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize features, assess risks, and support decision-making processes
  • Manage product backlog and coordinate Agile ceremonies to maintain efficient development flow and address technical debt

Education and Work Experience:

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience. Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in hands on technical writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large scale company/ application / product environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience.


Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)
  • Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Base Pay Range: $130,900 - $236,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
