Key Responsibilities
- Help define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
- Build and maintain a data-driven product strategy and roadmap grounded in customer insight, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
- Develop business cases and investment proposals, ensuring strategic and financial alignment.
- Translate market, technology, and AI trends into clear product direction.
- Engage regularly with customers to deeply understand workflows, needs, and business contexts.
- Ensure customer value remains central to all product decisions.
- Champion intuitive, explainable, and user-centric product experiences, particularly for AI-driven features.
- Own planning and execution for complex, cross-team initiatives, proactively identifying and removing blockers.
- Set clear success metrics, define KPIs and OKRs, and hold the product team accountable for outcomes.
- Drive experimentation and learning through hypothesis-driven development.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic investment.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, sales, and legal to deliver high-quality products.
- Act as a trusted product and technical partner, ensuring feasibility, quality, and scalability.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-focused product narratives.
- Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, clarity, and compelling storytelling.
- Ensure high standards of design quality, usability, and accessibility.
- Use analytics to inform decisions, validate assumptions, and communicate performance.
- Support and mentor other product managers, contributing to a high-performing product organisation.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
