Job Description

The Product Manager, Revenue Marketing Delivery is an Orlando-based execution leader responsible for translating the Revenue Marketing roadmap into executable plans and delivered solutions. Working in close partnership with the Senior Product Manager, MarTech Strategy-who leads strategy, future-state direction, and roadmap definition-this role owns day-to-day delivery, requirements, backlog management, dependency coordination, and release execution across assigned Revenue Marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager, Revenue Marketing Delivery owns tactical execution for assigned portions of Hilton Grand Vacations' Revenue Marketing roadmap, including Marketing Data initiatives such as Customer Preferences, Customer Data Platform capabilities, Identity Resolution, and the evolution of Marketing's web properties. The role partners with the Senior Product Manager, MarTech Strategy and Revenue Marketing stakeholders to shape an achievable, milestone-driven roadmap, then converts that direction into prioritized backlogs and shipped increments that deliver measurable business value while avoiding siloed or ad hoc execution.

Primary Responsibilities
• Partner with the Senior Product Manager, MarTech Strategy and Revenue Marketing stakeholders to shape, sequence, and maintain an achievable, milestone-driven
roadmap for assigned initiatives
• Translate approved roadmap outcomes and priorities into detailed product requirements, executable delivery plans, and shippable increments
• Create and maintain product, feature, and nonfunctional requirements that reflect the technical roadmap and business outcomes
• Own day-to-day execution and end-to-end delivery for assigned Revenue Marketing initiatives, from refinement and planning through release and production validation
• Own and prioritize team backlogs, maintain sprint-ready work, define acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are adequately refined
• Work with Architecture, User Experience, Engineering, Data, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Release Management, and other Product teams to define releases,
sequence work, and coordinate delivery
• Facilitate requirements workshops; document decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs; track action items; and manage scope changes

Location Requirement
This role must be based in the Orlando, Florida area and available to work from the Orlando corporate office as required. Candidates who are not Orlando-based and are not prepared to relocate will not be considered.

Required Skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong technology experience and be comfortable with authoring strong, differentiating requirements.
• Strong MarTech experience.
• Experience using or designing solutions with applications, such as Twilio Segment, and Databricks.
• Experience designing and building a customer data platform.
• Ability to measure delivered outcomes, identify implementation improvements, and recommend enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and data.
• Ability to identify detailed requirements across the different parts of the product to ensure successful release of new product/features.
• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
• Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
• Ability to build consensus among various stakeholders across different teams.
• Ability to work with the development manager to outline release plans and communicate to the rest of the organization.
• Clearly defining requirements for acceptance testing and for product documentation
• Experience with Cloud Platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
• Ability to take a proactive approach to tasks and be comfortable working with minimal instruction and guidance.

Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • 6-8 years of Product Management experience, preferably with data platforms, MarTech ecosystems, or enterprise digital products
  • Strong execution and delivery discipline, including backlog management and
    prioritization.
  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments spanning Marketing,
    Data, and Engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with a strategy leader to shape an achievable roadmap and independently translate that roadmap into actionable, incremental delivery


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Experience with Aha!, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar product delivery tools
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification or training
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or other Product Management certifications
  • Experience managing multiple products or workstreams simultaneously
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes
