Job Title
Sr. Product Manager

About your role:

Your role within the Product Management function is critical. You will work closely with Product Leadership, Technology teams, clients, and various stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business and operational objectives.

What you'll do:
  • Develop a solid understanding of Loyalty and Rewards offerings and solutions.
  • Guide cross functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of projects and outcomes.
  • Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, compliance, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
  • Analyze and predict risks and issues to mitigate delivery challenges.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies and upcoming changes impacting product delivery.
  • Maintain a pragmatic focus on delivery throughout the product development cycle.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience in payments processing.
  • Manage technical issues to resolution including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementation with engineers


Experience you'll need to have:
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate business value and strategic direction clearly.
  • Strong track record of stakeholder management and collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask with the ability to quickly and effectively pivot as needed.
  • Effective decision-making skills to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in banking, payments, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills and ability to drive and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization.


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Previous experience within Issuer or Loyalty product domains
  • Experience in implementing banking transformation projects (core banking migration, digital payments, or similar large scale technology change).
  • Knowledge of FinTech integrations, API-based banking, or real time processing applications.
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile Development methodologies


How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range
$90,000.00 - $144,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
