Full Job Description
Amazon is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager based in Seattle, WA, to join Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT).

This Sr. Product Manager will be central to scaling one of our global services by being the strategic connective tissue across multiple teams within the service. This role bridges Product Managers, Finance & Accounting, Risk, Engineering, and IT Security teams. Given the team's global distribution, a core part of the role is ensuring that coordination, tooling, and operating mechanisms are designed for asynchronous, autonomous operation across time zones.

A key responsibility is owning the team's business rhythm, including authoring and driving MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, OP1, and goal delivery mechanisms to ensure operational rigor and executive-level reporting.

The Sr. Product Manager will drive three interconnected mandates: (1) owning the roadmap, development, and scaling of internal products (including AI/Agentic tools) that enable teams to operate effectively and autonomously across time zones. This means moving beyond ad-hoc, side-of-desk tooling toward a disciplined product portfolio designed for global, asynchronous operation, (2) unifying cross-vertical coordination to ensure alignment and cohesion across a diverse portfolio of workstreams, and (3) directly owning and driving the organization's business rhythm (including MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, OP1 Planning, and goal delivery) into a streamlined operating model that the PM authors and presents to CXBT leaders. Where relevant, these products will be scaled to other services within CXBT.

This is a high-visibility role for a product thinker who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The team is at a critical inflection point, scaling its deliverables and needing a central operator who can shape the approach, drive clarity across complex workstreams, and build the tooling backbone that powers it all.

The ideal candidate is:

- A systems thinker who sees patterns across disparate verticals and builds coherence without imposing rigidity.

- Energized by operational complexity and able to bring structure to ambiguity at scale.

- Equally comfortable driving strategic planning mechanisms (OP1, QBRs) and getting hands-on with internal product development.

- Passionate about AI and agentic tooling as levers for operational excellence and quality improvement, with a productization mindset that moves beyond one-off solutions to scalable, self-serve products.

- Adept at influencing without authority across senior stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners.

- A self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery.

- An excellent writer who thinks strategically and authors crisp, compelling documents (narratives, strategy papers, roadmap briefs) to drive alignment and decision-making with organizational leadership.

Key job responsibilities

- Own the roadmap, development, and scaling of products that simplify operations, automate budget reporting, and streamline org-level workflows, applying full product discipline (discovery, prioritization, delivery, iteration) rather than ad-hoc tooling, and designing for global, asynchronous use from day one.

- Drive product ideation, roadmap, and delivery for agentic AI tools that improve internal efficiency, quality, and speed of execution, building scalable products that enable autonomous operation across a globally distributed team.

- Serve as the organizational connective thread across multiple verticals (PMs, Finance, Risk, PMT, SDEs, ITSC), ensuring alignment, information flow, and strategic coherence.

- Lead prioritization efforts both within the team and in coordination with partner teams, ensuring that the teams are working on the critical and high impact projects.

- Synthesize insights from across verticals and author strategic documents (narratives, recommendations, trade-off analyses) for senior leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.

- Own and centralize the team's business rhythm mechanisms (MBRs, WBRs, QBRs, OP1, and goal delivery), driving operational rigor and executive-ready reporting.

- Contribute to annual planning, goal-setting, and strategic prioritization at the organizational level.

- Act as a thought partner to leadership on how to structure and evolve the team's operating model as scope and impact grow.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

- Experience as a product manager or owner
