Role Overview

Shutterfly is looking for a Sr. Procurement Operations Specialist II who will drive high-impact efficiencies enterprise-wide for stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, and Legal - delivering measurable enterprise value by leading procurement operations, procurement analytics, and PO and invoice process.

Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, a successful candidate with experience in "best-practice" procurement methods and business processes; deep data-driven analytical skills; and demonstrated success at building consensus, navigating in ambiguity, and developing deep relationships across disparate stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own execution and management of procurement operations, procurement analytics, and reporting.
  • Design data-driven process and analysis in support of negotiation strategy, procurement team KPIs, and tactical sourcing operations.
  • Manage (end to end) procurement operations and problem-solving including invoicing issues, spend categorizations, contract completion, KPI dashboards, and data pipelines.
  • Use analytics and automation to enhance visibility and decision speed.
  • Manage the library of SOPs, policy documentation, templates, and records of RFQs, RFPs, bid documents, etc. used by the Procurement team.
  • Serve as trusted commercial advisor to senior leaders across Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues impacting internal stakeholders.
  • Define and implement process improvements that increase employee experiences, reduce cycle time and deliver efficiency gains and outsized impact, while ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Provide thought leadership from a procurement/sourcing perspective and work with business partners to develop new and creative strategies.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive strategic sourcing analytics and procurement operations experience.
  • Experience working with procure-to-pay platforms (Ariba, Coupa, etc.), Analytics and Procurement Management tools (Asana, Excel, Smartsheet, PowerBI, etc.) and CLM (Conga, Evisort, IronClad, iCertis, etc.) systems.
  • Demonstrated success with enterprise initiatives and expertise in strategic sourcing processes within a fast paced and dynamic organization.
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate with business partners and teams in defining and implementing solutions and policies.
  • Strong financial acumen, data/contract modeling & Excel experience.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-influencing skills.

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

California : [$101,000-$143,000]

Connecticut and New York: [$101,000-$131,000]

Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota and Washington: [$101,000-$121,250]

Nevada: [$95,000-$131,000]

Maryland and New Jersey: [$109,000-$131,000]

Hawaii : [$95,000 - $114,000]

This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
