Sr Process Engineer

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Must have 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement.
Must be Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified.
Must have proven experience supporting manufacturing operations through process optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence initiatives.
Must have experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE improvement, waste reduction, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction.
Must have experience supporting capital projects, process design, equipment commissioning, validation, and manufacturing process improvements.
Must possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain teams.
Must have demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and production teams while implementing sustainable manufacturing improvements.
The Senior Process Engineer provides technical leadership and continuous improvement support across the manufacturing site to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve equipment reliability, lead capital improvement initiatives, and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new product introductions, driving operational excellence, mentoring engineering teams, and developing sustainable manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Operational Excellence programs.
Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support process troubleshooting and equipment reliability improvements.
Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), cycle time, and manufacturing yield.
Reduce process waste and improve manufacturing efficiency.
Support new product introductions into manufacturing.
Lead process design, equipment commissioning, and validation activities.
Support capital projects and manufacturing equipment upgrades.
Develop standardized manufacturing processes and best practices.
Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.
Mentor junior engineers and manufacturing personnel.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of Process Engineering experience in manufacturing.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
