0,00The Senior Process Engineer ensures Process Engineering Standards and how they relate to the development, documentation, and production of all products at All Flex. The Senior Process Engineer has a thorough understanding of circuit assembly and design variables which affect product quality. The Senior Process Engineer reports to the Process Engineering Manager.
Essential Job Duties
• Own and back-up numerous processes.
• Support Operations with process, equipment, instruction, material, and part number challenges.
• Create new systems and overhaul existing systems.
• Introduce and develop new abilities.
• Own daily root cause analysis on failures, and corrective and preventative actions.
• Fully document Standard Operating Procedures, Control Plans, Risk Mitigations, Environmental Health & Safety Requirements. Photo and video-based instructions are desired.
• Write assembly instructions for part numbers as needed.
• Own large project and Lead cross-functional improvements.
• Lead audits and customer visits.
• Create step-improvements in process controls and process capability.
• Corroborate with and travel to other AFS factories, to adopt best practices.
• Provide occasional evening and weekend phone support.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's of Science degree in an engineering field: manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, electrical, or industrial, or similar studies.
Experience and/or Training
• 5-15 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in mistake prevention methods such as poka-yoke.
• GR&R, FMEA, PPAP, IQ OQ PQ, Poka-Yoke, Minitab, and statistical analysis skills. Lean Facilitator skill.
Technology/Equipment
• Proficient in Minitab
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Travel
• Up to 5%

We offer a competitive base salary in the $105,000to $120,000 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
