About the Role

The Senior Principal Architect provides strategic and hands-on architectural leadership across enterprise platforms supporting sales, service, marketing, digital commerce, ERP, and data. This senior role bridges business strategy and technology execution, designing scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture across CRM, digital commerce, ERP, and data platforms
  • Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Translate business objectives into clear, executable solution designs
  • Architect AI-enabled solutions, including intelligent automation, analytics, and decision support
  • Design and oversee complex integrations using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines
  • Provide architectural guidance for platform modernization and enterprise transformations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor other architects

Must Have:
  • Bachelors in MIS, computer science, or other related degree.
  • Masters preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • 12+ years of experience in Solution, Business, or Enterprise Architecture
AI & Data Competencies:
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled platform features (CRM-native AI, ERP assistants, analytics/ML platforms)
  • Understanding of data architectures supporting AI solutions
  • Ability to design AI solutions aligned with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles
  • Proven experience as a senior, business-facing architect in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with enterprise platforms including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds) and SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise integration architectures
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, MedTech) preferred
