Power Platform Architect Location New York City, US Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong solution architecture capabilities and extensive experience in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale automation and AI solutions. The role requires expertise in Copilot Studio, Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementation, AI Builder, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, custom connectors, security architecture, and CI/CD practices. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify and formalize automation opportunities, establish governance standards, and drive enterprise adoption of Power Platform solutions. This role also involves mentoring and nurturing business and citizen development teams, enabling them to effectively leverage Power Platform capabilities while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture and Delivery Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Architect scalable applications using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Power Automate Desktop. Define reusable solution patterns, governance frameworks, and best practices. Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance across multiple projects. AI and Copilot Capabilities Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio. Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agentic AI capabilities. Develop intelligent agents integrated with enterprise knowledge sources and external systems. Build AI-driven automations using AI Builder, document processing, and generative AI capabilities. Integration and Enterprise Systems Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications and line-of-business systems.
