Full Job Description
Project Manager

tlas is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide project management services through the Managed Community® in support of a strategic business initiative. This role is responsible for driving coordinated execution, governance, and delivery across global teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party suppliers within a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables to support successful execution of program objectives.
  • Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, RAID management, Kanban tracking, action item follow-up, and issue escalation.
  • Facilitate recurring project meetings, steering committee sessions, working groups, and cross-functional stakeholder forums.
  • Coordinate project activities across global teams and suppliers spanning North America, Latin America, EMEA, and ASPAC regions.
  • Partner with Finance and the RIM A&D Center of Excellence to support financial planning, budget tracking, and visibility into contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and related expenditures.
  • Provide oversight and coordination for data identification, separation, remediation, transfer, and termination activities, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, assumptions, and interrelated workstreams to maintain project timelines and delivery objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across RIM, Legal, Privacy, Quality, Technology, Technology Services, and Technology Quality organizations.
  • Drive structured communications, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting to maintain transparency, alignment, and momentum throughout the initiative.
  • Ensure project activities comply with applicable regulatory, quality, and organizational requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional programs within pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating global teams, suppliers, and external partners across multiple geographic regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial tracking, budgets, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor engagements.
  • Experience supporting data migration, data separation, remediation, or technology transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including project scheduling, RAID logs, Kanban boards, and reporting platforms.
