About the Role:
The Employer Solutions Go-To-Market Planning & Operations team plays a critical role in helping shape and execute on Lyra's go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. The GTM Planning & Operations Senior Associate role will require a balance of strategic planning and operational execution to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This role will partner with teams across the company including sales, marketing, customer success, analytics, finance, and operations to drive strategic Go-To-Market initiatives including optimizing GTM efficiency, territory planning, pipeline monitoring / tracking,, supporting expanding customer revenue, etc.
Sample projects include territory planning, market analysis and customer segmentation, optimizing sales investments with booking and quota analysis, developing analytical targets and dashboards for growth plans, and leading program management for cross-functional initiatives. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a dynamic role at a fast-growth startup transforming the mental healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
37 Drive initiatives with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to drive profitable growth through optimizing long term value and managing costs
37 Serve as a key thought partner for the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams by providing relevant insights to drive ACV & revenue growth
37 Obsess over how leading indicators are performing against forecast and why, and incorporate learnings into forward-looking booking projections
37 Align with product on the roadmap, develop business cases, and set operating goals to measure launch & engagement success
37 Be a key growth stakeholder for cross-functional business partners including business operations, product, finance, and clinical operations
37 Optimize the GTM strategy and planning process by identifying key growth metrics, developing tools and processes to measure, and driving cross-functional alignment
37 Support the development of a scalable operating model across the GTM team, including territory planning and account assignments
37 Make recommendations on strategic investments into partner/vendor solutions to drive growth goals
Qualifications
37 Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
37 4+ years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, digital health, or related experiences. Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
37 Highly organized self-starter; assume ownership to drive objectives to achieve the desired outcome in a dynamic environment
37 Ability to take complex problems and summarize key insights and lead a team to drive the optimal outcomes
37 Experience developing business and financial models to support business decisions
37 Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with senior leaders to gain sponsorship on strategic programs and long term initiatives
37 Ability to lead a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities aligned to short and long term objectives
37 Analytically and operationally minded, demonstrating sound business judgment to optimize resources and deliver maximum value
37 Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets required), including comfort in triaging across multiple data sources to align on the right assumptions
37 Demonstrates a strong results-driven mindset and the flexibility to adapt working hours as needed to meet deadlines
37 Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
Preferred Qualifications
37 Salesforce experience preferred
37 Prior management consulting experience preferred
37 Experience with B2B or B2B2C products & solutions
37 Background in healthcare or benefits strategy
37 Familiarity with leading sales and marketing tools and tech stack (including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc)
37 Located on the West Coast, working PST hours
$95,000 - $131,000 a year
As a full-time Planning & Operations, Senior Associate, you will be employed by Lyra Health, Inc. The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 to $131,000 a year. The base range is determined by role and level, and placement within the range will depend on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to your skills, qualifications, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
