*Highland Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Sr. Operations Manager for our Medical Imaging Departments.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
Leads, manages, and optimizes overall operations and workflows of the Imaging Department at Highland Hospital. Works independently - but while collaborating with other hospital leaders and Imaging leadership staff - to analyze and initiate improvements to department procedures and protocols that enhance patient flow and patient satisfaction; guides, coaches, and directs respective department leaders in their roles; monitors and ensures regulatory compliance and supervises the administrative, clinical, and clerical staff in their respective roles as quality control and assurance designee; partners the Highland Hospital leadership team to optimize patient flow and address administrative needs.
The primary responsibilities of the Sr. Operations Manager of the Imaging Department at Highland Hospital will include, but are not limited to, the day-to-day oversight and management of Inpatient, Ambulatory, and Emergency operations of the applicable clinical modality and care areas within the Imaging Department at Highland Hospital.
Salary Range:
$100,000.00 - $127,617.81 annually
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Job Requirements
Education: Fulfill the education requirements for NYS license. Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in ambulatory healthcare practice management or leadership is preferred; prior supervisory experience required.
License/Certification Required: Current licensure within NYS as either a Radiologic Technologist or Ultrasound Sonographer is required. ARRT certification in Radiology required if a Radiologic Technologist.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to synthesize, analyze, and summarize data via pivot tables, etc. Competence with EMR systems (i.e. Epic), and prior ability to perform under stress, multitask, demonstrate effective leadership skills strongly preferred.
