As a Senior Operations Business Manager (Sr. OBM), you will serve as a strategic leader and primary liaison between the Business Unit and Global Supply Chain. In this highly visible role, you will drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across product lifecycle stages. You'll play a critical role in aligning business priorities with global capabilities to deliver innovation, efficiency, and growth.
What You Will Do:
• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy for new products, including site selection, capital planning, and COGS development; act as Supply Chain lead in the Stage-Gate process.
• Partner cross-functionally (R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, FSQ, Quality, Regulatory) to ensure technical feasibility, validation, and successful commercialization.
• Drive COGS productivity and cost optimization, including variance analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
• Lead capacity planning and capital investment initiatives to meet business demand in collaboration with enterprise supply planning.
• Identify and execute customer service, quality, and operational improvements across supply chain, transportation, and warehousing.
• Guide internal vs. external sourcing decisions, balancing cost, capability, and service.
• Mentor OBMs and promote best practices, standardization, and capability building across the organization.
• Communicate and align business plans, performance, and supply chain priorities with stakeholders at all levels.

• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional projects in a manufacturing or global operations environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with COGS, capital planning, and productivity initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results within budget.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and agility in navigating enterprise-level initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
