Sr. Office Engineer Manager in Valencia, California

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and be a liaison between internal departments and Project Manager to manage such matters as grant funding reporting, Program Management reporting, and other coordination needed with staff.
  • Provide support and be a liaison between Project Manager and Vendor/Contract Management to facilitate task orders, change orders, requisitions, and other matters handled through Primavera Unifier.
  • Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's duties related to other assigned responsibilities, executive meetings, and board required reporting.
  • Coordinate, manage, and prioritize Project Manager's interactions with field staff.
  • Coordinate, manage, and assist Caltrans Oversight Engineer in the prioritization, follow up, and any technical support required for timely response.
  • Utilize software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Unifier, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products to provide support for all functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000. The salary offered will be based on the applicant's qualifications, education, experience and work location.
