Sr. Material Reliability Lead

What you will do
The Sr. Material Reliability Lead supports regional Kenvue manufacturing across both internal sites and directed-spend external supply points. The Sr. Material Reliability Lead interfaces with internal and external business partners and suppliers to improve customer fulfillment and supplier delivery performance and responsiveness, abiding by the spirit of the Kenvue Values. The Sr. Material Reliability Lead leverages processes, systems, and reporting capabilities that improve the efficiency of material supply services, using technology and monitoring metrics necessary to achieve targeted performance goals.
The Senior Material Reliability Lead will be:
37 Owning the operational resolution of emerging supply issues across the MSM (Material Supply Management) network.
37 Identifying problematic suppliers and works jointly with Strategic Sourcing, Quality, Make and MSM peers to correct or exit if needed.
37 Leading discussions with key functional partners 6 Raw Material Center (RMC), Package Material Center (PMC), Quality, EM Make, R&D, etc. 6 to drive resolution of out-of-specification materials, discontinued materials, and material feed stock changes.
37 Driving or supporting improvements in material reliability, customer fulfillment, supplier delivery performance, and responsiveness.
37 Identifying and developing key process improvements for key Internal and External manufacturing sites regarding communication process on disruptions.
Qualifications
37 A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, a focused degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Technical or related is preferred
37 A minimum of four (4) years of related experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar operations is required
37 Other related professional certifications (e.g., APICS, ISM, Process Excellence/Six Sigma) are desirable
37 Must demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence multiple levels
37 Demonstrated negotiating and pre-negotiation planning experience is preferred
37 An understanding of manufacturing operations and plants is preferred
37 Experience with MRP systems, such as SAP, is highly desired
37 Strong project management skills are a plus. Insight into End-to-End supply chain characteristics and understanding of financial processes such as business case development, P&L calculation and COGS is preferred.
37 This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$90,100.00 - $127,200.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate9s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
