About the Position

We are seeking a responsible, collaborative, and dynamic Sr. Manager/ Head of to lead our North America Distribution Center in Morrisville, North Carolina. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of U.S. distribution center operations, including fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, customs coordination, change management, systems governance, facilities oversight, and team leadership. You will play a vital role that role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination with global supply chain partners while supporting sales, service, marketing, and product launch initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily warehouse operations supporting new sales, replacements, and spare parts
  • Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and internal equipment transfers
  • Provide operational backup for order processing and manage fulfillment communications with Sales and Support
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and inspection of scanners, laptops, and computers
  • Ensure accurate pre-installation of software releases and resolve equipment software issues
  • Manage inventory receipt, reconciliation, and return of replacement, trade-in, and refurbished equipment
  • Ensure inventory accuracy in partnership with accounting; manage scrap and corrective actions
  • Manage outbound shipments, carrier escalations, and international transfers
  • Oversee customs brokerage, documentation validation, and logistics invoice reconciliation
  • Lead operational change initiatives such as item changes, refurbished programs, software releases
  • Define and implement processes for new program launches
  • Serve as U.S. liaison for ERP/PLM governance and system issue resolution
  • Oversee demand planning, replenishment, and stock availability
  • Partner with global teams to resolve shortages and system constraints
  • Manage marketing and loan equipment distribution and compliance
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and vendor coordination
  • Manage US supply chain budget and reporting
  • Approve timecards and support workforce planning
  • Serve as operational backup for U.S. supply chain functions


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience in distribution or supply chain operations
  • Proven leadership in high-volume, complex logistics environments
  • Strong ERP, PLM, and inventory systems experience
  • Effective cross-functional and global collaboration skills
  • Experienced with ERP systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experienced with ISO Guidelines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office required
  • Experience with regulated or technology-enabled products
  • Exposure to international logistics and customs
  • Change management or continuous improvement experience

• You will be required to come to the Production site in North Carolina 5 days a week
