Job Overview
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations plays a critical role in enabling a high-performing, efficient, and scalable hiring function across the organization. This role focuses on optimizing TA processes, systems, and data insights to improve the candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will help drive operational excellence, lead transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment between TA strategies and business needs in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability. Manage day-to-day TA operations, ensuring consistent execution of recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance standards. Partner with TA leadership and HR stakeholders to analyze workforce needs and align operational strategies with business objectives. Develop and track key recruiting metrics and dashboards, providing insights that inform decision-making and improve performance. Oversee TA technologies (e.g., ATS/HRIS) to ensure optimal functionality, data integrity, and user adoption. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current programs and identifying opportunities based on industry best practices. Lead and mentor a team of TA operations professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and development. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leaders to implement strategic TA initiatives and process enhancements. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies related to recruitment and hiring activities. Support change management initiatives, including the implementation of new tools, processes, or organizational structures.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) Master s degree or MBA preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum of 8 610 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related field (aligned with senior management level expectations drawing from manager and director experience ranges in the job catalog). Proven experience managing TA operations, processes, and/or systems in a complex, global organization Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements Strong project management and process improvement skills Experience leading teams and developing talent within a matrixed environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels Knowledge of TA technologies (e.g., ATS, HRIS, analytics tools)
Preferred:
Experience supporting Latin America or global markets Background in healthcare, MedTech, or similarly regulated industries Experience implementing TA technologies or leading digital transformation initiatives Familiarity with workforce planning and talent analytics methodologies Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Ability to drive change and adoption in evolving organizational environments
