Leading the supply chain team as part of MachineQ Operations, the Senior Manager will be responsible for all activities, processes, resources and third-party suppliers involved in the procurement, production, inventorying, distribution, and return of MachineQ hardware and related products.

This position will also contribute meaningfully to comprehensive operational process improvement, expanding the capabilities and reach of the team by overhauling existing workflows, and implementing new tools and procedures with scalability as a core focus. This role also requires quick study and development of subject matter expertise across a complex suite of internal Comcast and external vendor systems for accounting, financial reporting, billing and taxation, inventory management, and order flows.

Demonstrable experience with warehousing, fulfillment and inventory management best practices, as well as freight forwarding and multimodal logistics is required. The ideal candidate will also bring industry expertise in packaging hierarchy and optimization of handling and transport strategies across SKUs.

Experience in international trade, cross-border movement and in-country fulfillment of complex wireless and technology products, tariffs and customs brokerage, and acting importer/exporter of record requirements is highly preferred.

This position requires a creative, autonomous and self-starter approach to driving organizational growth. Critical thinking and attention to detail, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and experience with business process improvement in a fast-paced environment are all key requirements for success.

An extremely keen attention to detail, and an ability to manage large volumes of information from disparate systems and sources, are essential requirements.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for one or more direct reports, as well as hiring for continued growth on the supply chain and logistics team.
