Job Summary

Supply Chain Strategy
  • Lead high-impact supply chain transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize end-to-end planning processes.
  • Build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on financial impact and strategic value
  • Identify opportunities to improve service levels, inventory productivity, working capital, supply chain costs and merchandising waste
  • Create long-term supply chain roadmaps supporting business growth and continuous improvement.

Supply Chain Strategy
  • Lead high-impact supply chain transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize end-to-end planning processes.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience
  • 8-12 years of progressive supply chain experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, or Manufacturing industries.
  • 3-5+ years leading large-scale supply chain optimization or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Network Design.
  • Experience with SAP IBP, SAP APO, SAP S/4HANA, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or similar planning platforms.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar analytical tools
  • Knowledge of optimization modeling, simulation, and scenario planning.
  • Experience with AI-enabled planning and predictive analytics preferred.
