The Sr. Manager, Strategic Project Mgmt. leads complex,crossfunctionalprograms that are critical to DePuy Synthes92 growth, transformation, and operational excellence. This role providesenterprise92levelproject leadership, translating strategy into execution while ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. The position is highly visible, partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, standardizebest92classproject practices, and enable sustainable change across the organization.
Define project scope, success metrics, timelines, resource plans, and budgets; ensure disciplined execution and benefit realization.
Provide clear,executive92levelcommunication on project status, milestones, financial health, and risks.
Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering accountability, development, and high performance.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
122,000.00 - 245,000.00 USD Annual

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company92s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
