Join Amazon's Talent Solution's Core Science and Engineering organization as a Senior Business Operations Manager at the forefront talent evaluation and development for the world's most customer obsessed company. This highly visible role will shape the future of Amazon's talent using advanced machine learning technologies and by partnering directly with PXT (People Experience and Technology) and Amazon leadership to drive transformative initiatives, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. Key job responsibilities

As a key strategic partner to Amazon's Talent Solution's Core Science and Engineering, you will architect and execute solutions that directly impact our most strategic talent initiatives. This role demands both big thinking and precise execution, as you'll be responsible for:
• Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
• Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
• Leading innovative initiatives that strengthen our organization's capabilities to improve quality of talent
• Developing scalable frameworks that become the standard for how we operate and grow

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
