We are seeking a Strategic Finance Senior Manager to serve as a strategic partner for our Online Subscription Businesses. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal part in shaping decisions that impact these businesses. You will be responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and communicating relevant business KPIs, proactively driving analyses to better inform our business strategy, expanding our various bottoms up models to reflect our business trends and long-term strategy, and providing strategic analyses and recommendations to our key stakeholders including product, engineering and corporate finance leadership. Success in this role will require collaborating with high-performing teams and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Drives performance management, including advancing automation of complex models and forecasts for the Online Subscriptions business Drives analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy development with business partners
• Partners with cross-functional stakeholders and provide guidance to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metric-oriented perspective
• Leads collaborative relationships with other teams and leverages input and feedback to develop deep expertise Proactively identifies business obstacles and leverages expertise to recommend innovative solutions including leveraging AI in workflows to improve team effectiveness
• Embraces change and thrive in an agile team focused on learning various disciplines within strategic finance over time and driving impact on time sensitive tracks seamlessly
• Coaches and trains junior team members executing ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address highly complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results
• Models the culture and reinforces the values of the organization, including people. skills development, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field and minimum 8 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in the technology industry.

The pay range for this role is $159,000 to $258,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
